THE TIME, DATE AND LOCATION FOR THE INAUGRIAL KITNOTES SOCIALIST BLOGGERS MEETUP HAVE BEEN DECIDED!
It will take place on SATURDAY, 20th JANUARY 2007
Drinking will commence at 1600 (that’s 4pm, folks) until LATE
We will meet up at EUSTON TRAIN STATION in Central London
(That’s on the Northern and Victoria Lines of the London Underground)
Pre-registration is now OPEN (with numbers, I can find a suitable venue)
It isn’t essential but it does mean I can plan – and aren’t we socialists for planning?

Socialist Bloggers of the world, put down your keyboards, and raise your glasses!
The brains behind KitNotes and Volsunga, obviously not having enough stuff to try to organise, have thought that it might be a nice idea to put names to the numerous faces of socialist bloggers that there are on t’internet, and that we should do what is familiar to the socialist tradition; meet up, discuss our differences, and then proceed to get almightily hammered.
Bloggers who have already said that they’re up for it include Janine, Team Stroppyblog (who intend to bring along Dave Osler whether he likes it or not), Voltaries Preist (of Shiraz Socialist fame), Mike (from Mike’s Little Red Page), John Angelis and some others.
The current plan (in my head anyway) is to have it sometime in the new year (January time) when we could extend the Christmas drinking time break that little bit further. It will also be held at a random pub in Central London. I am currently taking suggestions for dates, though, to keep this as open as democratic as possible, natch. Date has been decided – see above.
